• Service of interest and other coaching or application information
• Training goals
• Relevant health or injury information voluntarily provided for coaching
• Parent or guardian details where the athlete is under 18
• Information required to administer coaching and payments

• To review your application and respond to your enquiry
• To determine, deliver and administer appropriate coaching services
• To communicate with you about coaching and administration
• To manage payments and subscriptions
• To provide training and/or performance nutrition support
• To maintain appropriate coaching and business records

Extra Time PT does not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

Information may be processed through trusted service providers used to operate Extra Time PT. These may include Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Trainerize for coaching and programme delivery, WhatsApp and email services for communication, and the website and application infrastructure used to receive enquiries. These providers process information in connection with the services they supply.

Health information

You may provide relevant health or injury information so that coaching can be delivered appropriately and with suitable awareness of your circumstances. This information is used for coaching purposes and does not mean that Extra Time PT provides medical diagnosis or treatment.

Storage and retention

Information is stored in the systems used to operate the business and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, administration, legal, accounting or legitimate business-record purposes.
